3. Return process

Upon receipt of your application, we will review and respond within 1-3 working days. After approval, we will provide the return address and detailed operating instructions.

Please return the product to our specified return address and keep the tracking number for tracking.
4️⃣ refund processing
After receiving and confirming that the item is eligible for return, we will complete the refund for you within 5-7 business days. The refund will be routed back to your payment account.
4. Shipping instructions
Return of goods due to quality problems or wrong delivery: we bear the return freight.
Returns due to other reasons (such as inappropriate size, personal reasons) : The customer shall bear the return freight.
5. Exchange service
If you need an exchange, please state it when you submit your return request and we will arrange an exchange for you. Replacement goods will be shipped as soon as possible upon receipt of returned goods.
